The Boom Type reel lifter has got a boom which is inserted in to the hole provided in the paper reels. By short light strokes of the handle the reel is lifted and transported to any place/godown in the works. In the fork type version the reel is rolled over the forks by a single person. The forks are then lifted by short light strokes of the handle and the reel is taken to any destination in the works.
